Fly Chai didn’t start as a business idea. It started in my home.

I grew up with chai as part of our daily life.
My mom made it from scratch — real spices, real tea, real intention.
My dad drank it every day, no matter what was going on.
Family and friends came through constantly, and the first thing we did was put a pot of chai on the stove.

That mix of hospitality, culture, comfort, and conversation shaped everything I believe about food and service.

I’ve spent my whole career in hospitality — hotels, restaurants, health systems, casinos, entertainment venues. Large teams, high-volume operations, and everything in between. Hospitality is in my DNA.

Fly Chai is the bridge between all of it:
my roots, my values, my work, and my culture.

I built Fly Chai for three reasons:

1. To teach people what chai really is

2. To share the wellness and comfort rooted in it

3. To build a space that feels like home, but modern and new

Everything on the menu is built from real ingredients.
Everything in the store is intentional.
Everything about the experience comes from the way I grew up — welcoming people in, making them feel comfortable, and giving them something real.
